Tuskr CLI Tool

CLI tool for importing test results from automation frameworks and CI tools into Tuskr. Version 1.0.0. Supports importing JUnit XML, BDD JSON, and migration from Testrail. Configuration via command-line options, including API token, project ID, file path, test run name, and notifications. Differentiator: dedicated CLI for Tuskr test management platform.
