Base65536 Test Files

Language-agnostic test case files for the Base65536 encoding, version 1.1.4. This package provides binary and text file pairs for verifying correct encode/decode behavior, and invalid input files for testing decode failure. It is maintained by the author of the canonical JavaScript implementation. Differentiators: these are raw data files, not executable tests, allowing any language implementation to validate against the same reference cases.
