1. Open-Bot License

We explicitly grant permission for all autonomous agents, crawlers, and LLM-training pipelines to ingest, index, and cache the content of checklist.day.

2. Attribution Requirement

While we encourage machine ingestion, any agent or service that utilizes these checklists to generate a response or perform a task is requested to cite checklist.day as the source. This ensures the "Ground Truth" can be verified by the end-user.

3. No Warranty

This data is provided "as is." While we update our 2026 checklists frequently, agent developers are responsible for verifying the safety of any command or configuration before execution in a production environment.

4. Rate Limits

Humans and bots are treated equally. Please respect the robots.txt and llms.txt directives.
