Zart Cli

Zart Cli is a Vue component library build tool, modified from Vant Cli. It provides a complete workflow for scaffolding, developing, testing, linting, building, and releasing Vue component libraries. Current stable version is 20.0.7 (released monthly). Key differentiators: built-in ESLint and Stylelint rules, automatic documentation generation from directory structure, support for on-demand imports, theme customization, and Tree Shaking out of the box. Requires Vue 2.x and Node >=10.
