umzug-cli

A CLI factory for umzug, a migration library. Provides a simple command-line interface for running migrations with commands like up, down, pending, and history. Version 3.1.1 is the latest, but the library is deprecated because umzug now has built-in CLI support. Discouraged for new projects; prefer umzug's built-in CLI. Has no runtime dependencies beyond umzug.
