UBS

Unified Build System (UBS) is a JavaScript build tool that uses YAML configuration files (build.yml) to define tasks, similar to Makefile but with a Travis CI-like syntax. Current version 0.7.1 (last release on npm, low activity). It allows executing tasks sequentially with dependency resolution, supports plugins (e.g., mocha, clean, packagejson, grab), and enables overriding settings via command-line or environment variables. Different from Grunt/Gulp/Cake by emphasizing minimal code and YAML-based definitions. Requires Node >=0.10.1.
