Teams CLI Build

A build utility for the Teams command-line interface (teamscli). Version 0.0.16 is the latest stable release. This package provides packaged build outputs for the teamscli tool, typically used in CI/CD pipelines to deploy or distribute the CLI. It is designed to bundle and prepare the teamscli for distribution, but it has very limited documentation and usage outside of being an internal dependency.
