npm-fetch-changelog

Fetch changelog entries for npm packages from GitHub releases or CHANGELOG.md. Version 3.1.0, maintained with regular releases. Differentiators: automatic resolution of package repo from npm registry, fallback from GitHub releases to local changelog file, support for semver ranges, CLI and programmatic API, authentication via GH_TOKEN or gh CLI. Requires Node >=16, ships TypeScript types.
