Nanocyte Component Octoblu Channel Request Formatter

A legacy Node.js component for the Octoblu platform, part of the nanocyte pipeline system that formats channel requests for the Octoblu IoT mesh network. This package at version 3.0.2 is in maintenance mode with no recent updates (last release circa 2016). It uses the Node 0.10 runtime and is tied to the deprecated Meshblu IoT platform, which was EOL'd in 2019. Differentiator: it specifically handles formatting of channel request messages within the Octoblu/nanocyte ecosystem, but this functionality has been superseded by newer Octoblu libraries and the transition to the Octoblu Connector SDK.
