LightningCSS CLI (Linux ARMv7 hard-float)

Platform-specific binary package for the LightningCSS CLI on ARMv7 Linux with hard-float ABI (armv7-unknown-linux-gnueabihf). LightningCSS is a Rust-based CSS parser, transformer, and minifier developed by the Parcel bundler team. Current stable version is 1.32.0. It offers significantly faster performance than JavaScript-based tools like cssnano and postcss, with built-in support for modern CSS features (nesting, custom media queries, color functions) and downlevel compilation. Released as native binaries per platform, avoiding Node.js native module compilation.
