Jinge Compiler for macOS x64

This is the macOS x86_64 binary package of jinge-compiler, version 4.1.11. It is part of jinge's Rust-based compiler toolchain, distributed per-platform to reduce install size. Release cadence follows jinge-compiler upstream (about monthly). Differentiator: native binary eliminates Rust toolchain requirement; use via jinge-compiler wrapper package, not directly.
