Integreat Bull Queue Transporter

A Redis-backed Bull queue transporter for the Integreat message flow system. Current stable version is 1.4.0, with an active release cadence. It bridges Integreat actions to Bull job queues, supporting sub-queues, concurrency control, and Redis connection options. Differentiators include tight integration with Integreat's auth and endpoint model, support for reusing existing Bull queues, and automated concurrency limits across sub-queues. Requires Node >=18 and Integreat v1.0.
