Version 0.0.4, experimental/early release with no stated cadence. Key differentiator: exposes database tables (properties, members, offices, openHouses, destinations, watermarks, syncRuns, syncErrors) through structured tools and resources, does not handle API credentials or sync operations, relies on pre-synced data via crea-ddf package.
