Cordova SQLite Storage Dependencies

Provides pre-built native SQLite binaries and JavaScript libraries required by cordova-sqlite-storage. Contains SQLite 3.40.0 amalgamation for iOS/macOS/Windows, SQLite 3.22.3 compiled to asm.js for browser, and Android NDK libraries (min API 24) with specific compile flags (THREADSAFE, FTS3/4, RTREE, page size 4096). Used internally by cordova-sqlite-storage plugin. Active maintenance, version 5.0.0.
