cogs-transformer-babel

A Babel transformer plugin for the Cogs build system, enabling transpilation of ES2015+ JavaScript using Babel. Version 4.0.2 is the latest stable release. This package integrates Babel into the Cogs pipeline, allowing developers to leverage Babel plugins and presets for module transformation. It is specifically designed for Cogs and not suitable for standalone Babel usage. The transformer hooks into Cogs' built-in caching and file watching. Note that this package is a thin wrapper around babel-core and requires Cogs as a peer dependency. Unlike standalone Babel CLI or webpack loaders, this transformer is tightly coupled to Cogs' build process.
