A customizable changelog formatter for changesets that categorizes and styles release notes with emojis, section headers, and release dates. Current stable version: 0.0.1. Release cadence: experimental, no regular releases yet. Key differentiator: fills gap in @changesets/cli for custom formatting, supporting conventional commit types, custom categories, and post-processing via CLI. Fully typed with TypeScript.
