BASS Migrations

A Node.js library for managing database migrations (up/down) using the BASS (Base Application Storage System) database. Current stable version is 0.0.6, with no established release cadence. This library is specifically tied to BASS and is not a general-purpose migration tool like Knex or Sequelize. It allows migration state tracking and supports both up and down migrations via BASS connections.
