PyDSSP
JSON →PyDSSP is a simplified implementation of the DSSP algorithm for assigning secondary structure to protein structures from 3D coordinates. It supports both PyTorch and NumPy backends. Current version is 0.9.1, with a relatively stable release cadence of a few minor versions per year.
